Her professional knowledge is based on university degree in Human resources management and following practical knowledge from various positions (training coordinator, chief of HR department) in companies.
She is a specialist who has the knowledge from both sides of project cycle, i. e. preparation of project plan and project application processing on one side, its implementation in the company on the other side. She is the author of supported projects - for example for the companies Mediatel, Fosfa, Jimi CZ, Medicco Vašíček, Hartmann Rico, Avenier.
Processing of project applications for the Operational programme human resources development, common programme document fro goal 3 of the capital city Prague, Operational programme Industry and Enterprise; training projects and investment projects for training centres; coordinator of international project EMOP. Supported projects for the companies Nuricia Deva, Mlékarna Kunín, GC Systém, VF.
Position of consultant for human resources. During her employment in this area she participated in more than twenty projects, both investment and non investment. She is the author of many supported projects, for example for the companies Osmont, AndMark.
