Operation programme human resources and employment
Together with
OP Adaptability for the capital city Prague this programme is designed for the support of
employee training,
gender programmes ( e.g. support of work and private life compliance; in entrepreneurial entities the establishment of play school within the organization, development of services of maternity centres etc.).

It is designed mainly for the financing of investments which increase company competitiveness. Ministry of industry and trade introduces in the period of 2007-2013 altogether 15 programmes of support in the following basic ranges:

*) Education programmes
Education of staff is supported in various training areas focused on completing, enlarging and upgrading qualification. Projects can be supported up to 200 thousand EUR (approx. 5 600 000 CZK) without co-financing by the applicant. Apart from training costs you can include in budget for example salaries of project team (e.g. human resources, accountants), small material property, small building adjustments etc.
