HR consultant, after care specialist

Job description Arrangement of administrative activities for projects supported from EU funds, mainly financed from European social funds Processing of monitoring reports and Requests for payment including all appendixes. Supervision and control of project documentation of subsidy recipients. Communication with clients. Occasional processing of project applications. Requirements University or secondary education with several years of experience General orientation in the problematic of EU structural funds Experience in administration of projects financed from ESF. Practical experience in processing of payment requests, monitoring reports. Knowledge of rules of operational programmes financed from ESF (particularly OP LZZ and OPPA). Driving licence group B - active driver. Ability to think analytically, orientation to results. Independence, flexibility, ability to make decisions independently, proactive approach to information seeking and to broadening knowledge. Pleasant behaviour, knowledge of basics of social manners are a must. High standards of written and spoken communication. Practical knowledge of IS Benefit 7 and processes of commission assignments within the ESF projects are an advantage We offer Creative work in the area of grant and subsidy consulting.
